SSL Certification Renewed but not Updating for users

    Hello!
    We got a notification to update our ssl certification and did so through our domain host but we haven’t seen an update on the site and multiple users have let us know there is an issue. I have purged the cache and attempted to reload with no fix. Do I need to somehow re-add the new certificate through the WordPress dashboard?

    The domain is already connected, we just need to get the current certificate showing on the site rather than the old one.

    The SSL and domain is through go daddy.

    Correct account: Yes
