Hi there. I can open your site without problems on both Firefox and Chrome, so most likely the error is on your side.
You say you’ve tried a computer and a mobile device. Were both of them on the same connection, e.g. a wi-fi network? Is it possible for you to try and use a different connection, e.g. free wi-fi at a coffee shop, your phone’s 3G connection, etc.
If you haven’t already, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and also make sure you have the latest version of your browser installed. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
If it still won’t work, please let us know what browser and version you’re using (https://www.whatismybrowser.com/) and also what type of connection you’re using to try and access your site.

Hello, Kokkieh. Thanks for the quick reply.
I cleared my browser cache and all my browsers are up to date. Tried phone's 3G connection – still the same result. But message already “This webpage is not available” instead of SSL error.Yes, connection for both devices are the same. There was one thing, I tried to open my blog site today and it opened for a while on mobile browser, then after few minutes went to the same error when I refreshed the page. Can't understand what's wrong.
I'm using Chrome 44 on Windows 10 and cable ethernet connection ( I hope that's exactly what are you asking about).
Thanks -

Thanks for checking all of that.
Is the problem restricted to your own site or are you having problems with other wordpress.com sites as well?
I’m going to tag this for staff to follow up as I’m afraid I don’t know what else could be causing this. Please be patient a little longer while waiting for them to respond.

Hi @ladybalance, can you send any further details about the SSL error you’re getting? Usually you’ll have a details or a tab for more information. Can you pull that up, and would you send a screenshot of what you see? This article explains how to make a screenshot:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/You can upload it to your media library if you can access that, or upload to Cloudup or Dropbox.

Hello @supernova!
Sure, here is a link https://i.gyazo.com/b48181d42b3e4cbb0b93de252306b4cc.png of snapshot
I also followed steps written in details, but still no changes -
Ah, ERR_CONNECTION_RESET is a bit different. Try these steps instead:
and
https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/advanced-browser-troubleshooting/Please also try a different browser, and a different computer if possible, to determine whether you’re seeing the issue elsewhere. Thanks!
-
I've tried those also, still the same result. Want to note, that ERR_CONNECTION_RESET was today. SSL connection error was more than week. Still have no clue, what's wrong, sigh…
Thanks anyway -
Did you try another computer yet to see whether that made any difference?
Also, if you tried the suggestions on the second link, where did you send the results? We would need to analyze them.
-
I don't have another PC to compare and see differences.
Should I paste results here or send to another place? -
If you’d like to upload the results to pastebin or something of the sort, that would be great. And if you could also ask a local friend or even your internet provider’s support if they can load up the site, that would help, too. Thanks.

Okay, let us know when you can send a link to the results.
Just to explain what’s happening, the error you have now says that there’s a disconnect somewhere between your computer and our servers.
The traceroute test creates a map from your computer to the server, and would let us know where things are getting hung up — it could be at your computer, at your router, at your ISP, or somewhere between your ISP and our server.
Having the data from that test will help us determine what we can do.
