SSL Error

  Multiple people have received a ‘Your connection is not private’ error when trying to access our Website on Chrome from mobile. It looks to me like SSL is installed properly but maybe I’m missing something.

  Hi there,

  As far as I know, all WordPress.com hosting includes preinstalled SSL, so an SSL certificate is not required.
  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/https-ssl/

  The problem may be related to the browser’s cache.

  I have requested a staff confirmation.

  https://myfirstinvestment.wordpress.com/ was last updated seven years ago. It would help if you revealed the URL of the site you are concerned about. Is it definitely hosted here at WordPress.com?
