  Hello,
  I read on your website that all wordpress sites have been automatically upgraded to HTTPS via the Let’s Encrypt initiative. I am the owner of http://www.cods.ca and our website is not encrypted. Please let me know what I have to do to get it upgraded to HTTPS.

  You have opened a new WordPress.com account and have most likely been reading WordPress.com support documents. WordPress.com do all the complicated work like that for the sites they host but your site isn’t hosted here so you’ll need to seek advice from your host or ask about the plugins etc you require at https://wordpress.org/support/
