SSL installation stays pending

    It has been days since I have started my initial WordPress site but the SSL certificate is still pending and because of that connection to my site is not secure.

    Can you please activate it?

    I also notice your site simply doesn’t work. Did you already check your DNS-settings?

    Hi @rolf991ef23efbb! I checked your DNS settings and the SSL hasn’t been applied yet because there’s an AAAA record still connected to your old host.

    Please go to the DNS settings at your domain registrar and delete the following DNS record:

    AAAA puresound.one 2a05:d018:964:c0b:ca65:7773:2dd7:d9bd

    Once you have removed it, we will be able to apply the SSL certificate.

    It could also be that this record is causing the apparent redirect loop @staartmees mentioned above, but we will only be able to know for sure once the AAAA record has been removed. That said, if you configured anything else besides the A Records on your registrar (like a 301 redirect, for example), please try removing that as well.
