SSL Issues

    Hi, I was trying to set up an SSL certificate on our site and have obviously done something wrong! I’ve changed the site address to https and now cannot get on our website at all or even onto wordpress to try and fix it! Does anyone know how I can get back on? All I get is a page saying ‘this site can’t provide a secure connection’ and then our website name ‘sent an invalid response’ Please help!!

    I’m sorry that something went wrong during your attempt to add an SSL.
    What is the address of the site you need help with?

    If your Website is being hosted on WordPress.com, it should already have an SSL to encrypt the traffic. I am including a link for more information:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/https-ssl/

    If you are using WordPress.org software with another host, please contact them or post to the WordPress.org support forums for advice (as we can only help with WordPress.com sites on these forums).

    I can check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.
