    Please me troubleshoot this issue. I transfered the domain over but am not able to publish website. Please advise?

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    We are able to provide free SSL for all sites we host directly, but when I visit your domain settings it seems you are redirecting traffic to another provider (Porkbun) instead of hosting here with us.

    We are not able to provide SSL for your domain if you are hosted with Porkbun so you may need to contact them to see if they are able to set up SSL from their end. Alternatively you can set your site back to your domain name server (DNS) addresses, which will restore SSL as soon as the new settings take effect
