SSL NOT ABLE TO USE ON MY DOMAIN AND ALSO NOT ABLE TO SEE MY DOMAIN ON WORDPRESS PANEL
-
Hi,
your site, tshirtsfy.com, is hosted by Wix, not by WordPress.com. You will want to contact them directly about your SSL certificate.
-
-
All wordpress.com websites have SSL by default, https://wordpress.com/support/https-ssl/
-
-
You’re posting into a support forum that assists with sites hosted at WordPress.com. Your site isn’t hosted here. You need to contact your host for assistance regarding SSL:
Domain:tshirtsfy.com
Registrar:Wix.com Ltd.
Name Servers:
ns12.wixdns.net
ns13.wixdns.netFurther support for sites using the wordpress software is found by registering an account at:

What r u mad?? I pointed my domain on WordPress already, if nog pointed how it’s connected to the WordPress! Be serious?
-
We are not mad, this is the whois info for your site, https://www.whois.com/whois/tshirtsfy.com.

Hi there,
Let me try and clear the confusion.
Your site tshirtsfy.com is indeed using the WordPress software, but it’s not hosted with us (WordPress.com). It’s hosted by another hosting provider.
WordPress.com is a hosting provider and we’re only able to help with sites that are hosted by us.
For your site, you need to get in touch with your hosting provider or ask in the official WordPress.org support forums (https://wordpress.org/support/forums/).
-
Thanks to the last guy, he explained best way.
But cant I install external SSL on my domain to make an HTTPS?
I need alternative solutions.
-
We’re not able to help you with this, as your site is not hosted on our servers, and not using our modified version of the WordPress software.
Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice, as they provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using, or else contact your hosting provider directly for help with this, as that’s where SSL needs to be configured.
-
But there should be alternatives to get it sorted, my hosting is from Amazon AWS but domain is from wix.com
U all are experts, u all guys knows tricks to sort out, why can’t u guys help. I connected domain on WordPress, that why I m WordPress member.
Atleast guide the alternatives?

Hi @tshirtsfystore, if it helps, the SSL needs to be installed on the server that hosts your site. Think of it like a deadbolt on a door. It wouldn’t do much to install it on some random door someplace else, right?
So in this case, if you’re hosted by AWS you’ll contact them for help installing the certificate on their server, and then ensure your WordPress urls are correct to include https:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/Then if you need more help, use the correct forums here:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/Good luck!

I need help in general settings of wordpress, why it’s not able to make me change for WORDPRESS URL ADDRESS AND WEBSITE URL ADDRESS??
This is the main reason SSL not working!!

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Amazon.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
