SSL Status
-
Hi,
Our site’s SSL Status is expired, and I’m unable to follow the instructions on how to resolve this issue. The help article says ‘Navigate to Upgrades → Domains (or Hosting → Domains if using WP-Admin)’ to check the status and resolve the issues. However, neither the Upgrades or Hosting option display on the sites dashboard.
Can you please assist further?
WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: No
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
I don’t see any domains registered or connected to a site on your WordPress.com account. Could you share the domain name that you’re trying to activate SSL for? I’ll look it up on our end to see what’s going on once I have the full domain name.
Thanks!

Hi, I think some of the confusion is due to the account I’m currently logged into. I couldn’t submit a help ticket through the admin side of our account, which is registered as outreachdenton.org. I only login as an admin, and I can’t submit a help ticket when logged in there. So, I logged into an older wordpress associated with our organization to submit the ticket.
Our domain name is registered through GoDaddy and the SSL is valid until 2028. Recently, it started showing our site as insecure. When I try to follow the help instructions, I don’t see any of the areas where I can fix the SSL.

Hi there!
It looks like the domain outreachdenton.org is not pointing to a WordPress.com site. You’re using a self-hosted WordPress.org site hosted by a different company. Our SSL is only available when you host your site with us.
There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains the differences between the two: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.
I’d suggest contacting your hosting company for help with getting SSL active on your site.
