SSL support be available for custom mapped domains?

  Hi Folks,

  I realize that wordpress.com doesn’t seem to support SSL certificates for custom mapped domains, but it’s a frequently requested feature.

  Are there any updates to when this might be available?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey just wanted to respond to this, looks like wordpress.com rolled out letsencrypt across the board now for custom domains. This is wonderful.

  You can close this now, kudos to the Automattic team.
