  I’m trying to access my account but keep getting this error message: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP. I’ve no idea what happened. All the plugins were set to automatically update. I logged in two weeks ago without issue. Nothing’s working now.

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your websites. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. The site uses the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for additional information on this.
