Staff available to do guided transfer?

  I need to do a guided transfer but your staff is not available and has not been available for the past 10 days.
  Let me know how to make this work….

  Guided Transfers have not been available during the holiday period, but are once again available, as of yesterday. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. I see the Guided Transfer option in your Store.

  I built a website/blog on wordpress.com. It is south24thomahatour.wordpress.com.

  I currently have a site – south24thomahatour.com – being hosted by Total Choice hosting. This was built with Joomla.

  I want to move the Word Press site to Total Choice and use the same URL I currently have at Total Choice.

  Also, I want to upgrade to the WordPress.org process at the same time.

  I understand that I would work through the Word Press program to make additions and changes to the new site….is that correct?

  Let me know what I need to do next and what you will be doing.

  Hi there – our Guided Transfer service is not available with Total Choice, only with these four hosts:

  Hosting

  You could transfer the site yourself to your Total Choice hosting, or hire an independent WordPress professional to help you.
