‘Staff Featured Image’ not showing up on staff page
-
I am trying to update the staff members on our ‘Staff’ page, and when I put the Staff Featured image in, the image does not display on the website full staff page. The name shows up, and when you click on it, everything else appears as it should, along with the ‘Featured Image’ (this is uploaded separately from the ‘Staff Featured Image’, which shows up on the page with all staff members). When I go back to edit the staff member’s page, the ‘Staff Featured Image’ is no longer there. Every time I re-add it, it disappears again. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi! Are you storing the staff members in child pages, or in posts? I’m not seeing either on the site.
If you want them to be pages, you may be happiest just using a custom gallery with links to individual images. There are some older themes that can display a gallery of child pages’ featured images, but there aren’t many and they could be limited.
If you’re entering staff members as articles/posts, you can set up an automatic gallery with thumbnails for that.

Hi, I am actually trying to get help for another account under the same email, https://womensmentalhealth.org. For some reason, it is not letting me log into this account on wordpress.com, although I am using the same credentials that I use to log on to https://womensmentalhealth.org/wp-admin/. First, is there a way to get this fixed so I can get support directly from this WordPress account?

I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:
1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.Your login credentials for the site
womensmentalhealth.orgare for a site not hosted here at WordPress.com, but it seems you set the same user email and password for both your website and for your WordPress.com user account.Since your site is not hosted here with us, we’re limited to what we can support but we can point you in the right direction to get help.
It looks like you have WP Rocket enabled on your site – it might be caching an older version of your Staff page and not showing you the most up to date version. Try disabling that and any other caching or minifiying plugins your site is using to rule that out.
You should also check your theme to make sure it’s working properly as well.
If you still have trouble, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:

I hope that clarifies things!
