Staff member left taking the login to company website

Hi All,
I’ve recently been appointed as Director in a dance organisation that has a number of wordpress sites for different activities within the organisation. It took me some time to find the username and password to be able to edit the citymoves.wordpress.com site.
One of the aforementioned activities is a dance festival called http://dancelive.org.uk/ and the previous staff member who left the organisation last year claims that she does not remember the log in details to get into that wordpress site. We’re unable to amend anything on the site and the festival is approaching and we need to amend the content. The staff member paid for all the domain names privately without going through the company procurement procedures and so we’re a little stuck. Since I was able to get into the citymoves.wordpress.com site as an administrator I amended other levels of authority to ensure that others in the organisation can edit, post and amend etc.
I just need to be able to edit and access the dancelive.org.uk website and wonder how I can do that. Please help

The staff member just needs to reset the password – so they are being a bit disingenuous – then they just need to transfer the blog to your account – takes a few minutes total for both actions
