STAFF REQUEST: Help with lost password and access

STAFF ONLY PLEASE
I’m working with MJ Nordgren to gain access to her site for over a month. http://tawkpress.wordpress.com set up by her helpful children who’ve moved onto other things of interest. We’ve been through the various password requests and she has not yet received access.
Tawkpress is her trademarked small book publishing company and she’s just published a new book and wishes to get the site updated.

Thanks. Yes. Several times. The information we put in is extensive, but it doesn’t past muster.
She wants to toss it all out and start fresh, but it’s her trademark, so I think it’s foolish to give it up and use tawkpress1.wordpress.com. I want tawkpress.wordpress.com and we’re going to do domain mapping from tawkpress.com as the hosting got “complex” and she doesn’t need it.
She is an incredibly generous doctor and author who has given up the last 15 years of her life to help build an amazing writing community in a small university town in Oregon, and I’m doing my best to help her move her site onto WordPress.com. You know me, generous to a fault and an easy target for a good cause. :D

Sorry for the trouble!
Have her try https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery one more time, and just put as much info as she possibly can into the “Extra Details” section.
If she has to, have her just make up info in the “Proof of Ownership” boxes. Our Account Recovery Team is the only team that can really help with this, since it’s a very secure/sensitive issue, and that form is the best way to reach them.
If it still doesn’t go through, let me know, and I’ll see if I can rouse someone from the team to weigh in over here. :)

Oh, one more thing, you may need to check the box that says “I don’t know my registered email or username.”

She did all that and was “rejected” with a “no” again. Time to contact someone who knows someone who knows someone else who has influence over someone else who has a friend who knows another guy who knows this guy who can make things happen?
