  Hello, I am writing to see if you have any themes or options available for me to use to make a schedule for about 100 people? I appreciate any and all help that I can get in this matter.

  Hi there. I don’t know of any feature here for that sort of thing. You can create an html table on a post or page on any theme, or you can embed a table created on excel, and display your schedule that way but there’s nothing here that will help you create a schedule.

  If you have a self-hosted site you might be able to do something like this using a plugin, but you’ll have to ask on the WordPress.org forums about that. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
