  the videos don’t align and no one can help, im willing to PAY! if someone can fix this.

  I think you landed in the wrong Forum? People would probably know a lot more about your question in wordpress.org. This is wordpress.com and we know absolutely nothing about divx videos because they are not allowed on wordpress.com blogs.
