Staging a site on .com with WPvivid

    Hi there,

    I am trying to use WPVivid to create a staging copy however it says it says: ‘allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 61440 bytes) file:/wordpress/core/6.1.1/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php line 2153’

    I have tried, as per guidance on the documentation of wpvivid plugin to increase the php memory in the advanced tab as well as the staging tab but nothing seems to work… I am not sure what other memory to edit here, could you help?

    Ah! We spoke the other day; you said you had entered a separate topic for this issue. I just found it in moderation; apologies for the wait.

    Were you able to resolve this one yet? And, is this error appearing with the site here on our servers? If so, I’d recommend reaching out to direct support for help, in addition to contacting WPVivid.
