Staging site instead of live site

  Hi, from some hours i have my website hosted on wordpress not accessible because i see the staging site and cannot modify something in administration panel.
  I cannot modify also the plugin and cannot access to wordpress config files or phpmyadmin.

  Could you help me please? i cannot manage my website and need urgent support.

  Please give me an aswer.

  The account you’re using to post here is only 12 hours old, and doesn’t own any sites hosted on WordPress.com.
