Staging site not working after staging to prod sync

    Hi,

    I’m facing 2 issues –

    1) I have a business wordpress plan with contributor rights on the prod environment and admin rights on the staging environment. I don’t see the option to chat with a live engineer. Why?

    2) I had made some changes to the staging site which was working perfectly fine. After that, I tried to push the staging site to prod last week. This disturbed the staging site and also the prod environment. Why?
