  is it possible to get daily visits stats for the past 8 months?

  I’m guessing you are talking about looking back to a specific date and seeing that date’s stats? Well just go to http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?day=2013-06-25 but obviously change the date at the end to whatever you want, it’s in year-month-day format.
