  I post news articles about Koreans getting arrested and committing crimes they say they don’t admit.   Admitting to stalking has to be against wordpress’s terms of service.

  Use the options on your Discussion page to stop his comments appearing on the blog.
  Ignore him.

  Claiming that one will stalk is probably not against the terms of service, otherwise there wouldn’t be ANY Club Penguin blogs here.
