Stalled import?

    My tumblr import started over 24 hours ago but it hasn’t made progress past 4,761 in quite a while. I’m importing to https://dejaenvu.wordpress.com/

    @pagyun I’ve reset your importer for you — do you want to go ahead and try again?

    Please note this may well take longer than 24 hours, but you can close the window so long as you leave the connection active at Tumblr.

    Oh, I wanted to note too, you are all out of your 3GB of space at this point. So other images are not going to import without an upgrade.

    If I upgraded to get enough space to import everything, would I need to stay subscribed at that tier to keep it there?

    Hi there,

    If you hit our storage limit you won’t be able to upload more media unless you upgrade.

    However, if you upgrade, upload more media, and then later cancel the upgrade, additional media you uploaded won’t be deleted. Anything already in your media library will still be accessible, and you’ll even be able to re-use the same images in new posts. But you won’t be able to add new images to the library if you’re over the limit at that point.

    It also looks like the import on your site has completed – some content has been imported, and no import is currently running.

    If you’re still missing posts, please restart the import now – posts already on your WordPress.com site will be skipped by the importer. It might take a while to complete, though, as we’re still seeing a lot of new Tumblr imports being created so there’s still a backlog. At this point I’m not able to give an estimate on how long it might take to catch up with the backlog, though.
