Stars and Twitter

  OK, I’ve looked around and cannot find the answer to these two questions.

  1. I’m on WordPress.com and I’ve figure out a way to put web 2.0 links into individual blog posts (e.g. http://sashadichter.wordpress.com/2009/03/03/a-big-week/) However I cannot for the life of me find a way to put a Twitter link into that group. (Also I have to add the HTML manually to each post which seems nuts…any other solutions if I want the icon to link to the original post and not to my blog as a whole?)

  2. Is there a way to put a star ranking for each post, like what’s here: http://blog.guykawasaki.com/2006/01/the_art_of_intr.html
  This is a la Netflix and I think it would be great
