START A CUSTOM WEBSITE

I have an idea about starting this kind of a social media site that is able to store information in a form of database. I don’t find it possible through a standard wordpress builder. I was looking for an expert advice and am stuck here with word press. Is there anybody who can help me find a way through this.

That is not possible here at wordpress.COM. You need a WordPress.OG site to do that. See: Moving to self hosted wordpress http://move.wordpress.com
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
