I am looking to start a free bog back up. I had one and deleted it.
Each time I try to restart it wants to charge me. I have never before paid.
Can you help

When you click add new site at the bottom left of the My Sites menu, you should see the option to create a free site.
What are you currently seeing?

When I click on my new started site it says:
Launch site
When I launch it it takes me to a page to pick out sites to pay for. -
When I push launch site this is what I get:

No, you should still be able to access the blog for free. This is what I see when I try to launch your site:
Do you not see the skip purchase option?
