  I like to clear all the content and I like to start fresh and reset all my changes on the theme

  Hi there. You can easily clear your site of all content by following the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  I’m afraid there’s no way to reset your theme, but you can visit each of the tabs under Appearance in the dashboard and in Appearance ->Customize. Under each item there should be the option to revert to default, or to hide your custom header, background, etc.
