  Hello, I recently installed wordpress with zero prior experience on setting up websites. I was wondering if there was a way to completely delete everything I have done and start entirely from scratch. Such as uninstalling wordpress and then reinstalling it. Also if that is even a safe option and if I would have to pay anything? Would appreciate any help!

  I checked your site and I see it’s not hosted on WordPress.com. Your domain ‘hustleknowledge.com’ points to Hostgator. Based on this info, I assume you are WordPress.org user.

  This forum is only dedicated to WordPress.com sites.

  Thank you for the help! Does WordPress offer the same things that Hostgator does, as in offering hosting through WordPress only so I would not have to deal with Hostgator? If so is it possible to transfer over to WordPress, or would it be easier to cancel and delete everything on Hostgator and start over on WordPress? I don’t really know how to explain what I am trying to say I am very new.

  Sorry for late response.

  I’m not aware what features are provided by Hostgator. But you can check list of featured provide by WordPress.com on the link below:

  However, you don’t have access to change WordPress files on WordPress.com. You can’t change CSS unless you buy either of Premium or Business plan.

  You can transfer your site to WordPress.com by following the link below –

  Another option is domain mapping. To use your domain with WordPress.com, you can opt for domain mapping. All you have to do is point your DNS (Domain Name Servers) to WordPress.com. You can then use WordPress.com to manage your site content.
  For domain mapping purchasing an upgrade plan is mandatory.
