Start from scratch

How can I delete all my categories and menus and menu names and start from scratch. I screwed up big time.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Click on Appearance and then on menu, and you will see an option at the end to delete menu. For categories, click on posts on your dashboard, and then click on categories. Click on the box at the very top to select all categories, click on the drop down menu with Bulk Actions, and you will see an option to delete. Click delete and click apply. Ta da you are done :)

thanks. I have a home tab but can’t see it in the list, but can see it on the site front page.

The home tab is actually the default page of your blog.
Do you want to stop it from showing among your tabs? -

I see it on front page but not in listings. the default when i first started was home and about.

Thank you, I got it now, I just have one question. Is there a way to make the page a bit wider. I have one tab that doesn’t fit.
