  Hello capeinkc,

  It appears that you have deleted your whole site if you are referring to the “capeinkc” site. If you are referring to another WordPress.com site it is very easy to begin again; you will just need to empty out your site. The link below will walk you through doing just that:

  If you are referring to the deleted site you can always start a new site.
