  The authors have deleted this site”. Hopefully you didn’t expect to be able to start again using that same address.

  And what appears to be your other site https://examplewordpresscom7157.wordpress.com/ is empty of content. You can easily start again with that site by creating posts/pages and changing the theme if you wish.
