  i would like all my posts and pages removed, and the theme but my domain still active.

  Hi annabelswardrobe,

  You can remove all your posts and pages.

  Here are the instructions to remove all posts: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit
  And here are the instructions to remove all pages: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#bulk-edit

  You can easily switch out your theme. Login to WordPress, click on My Site in the top left corner, and click on Themes in the left column.
