  Hi, I am starting a new business and never used my old wordpress, but want to completely start over and create a website and blog using wordpress. Is it possible to just clear my account and start over fresh?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you can delete your old blog, and start with a new one.

  Just want to add that if you want to use the same WordPress.com address, do not delete your site as you will not be able to get it back. If you are just looking to clear old content, follow the steps in this link:
