  You can manually delete all files, content, tags and categories to start afresh.

  To delete posts and pages: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleted-posts-and-pages/

  To delete media files: https://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/

  You can also delete tags. Learn how to here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/tags/

  Categories can also be deleted on this page https://wordpress.com/settings/taxonomies/category Click on the 3 dots next to each category to delete them.
