I want to share something with you. Lately, we have a rash of bloggers posting who are thrown off course by the front page error message that appears on every blog until we actually publish a post, not a page. Unlike the blogger above, they are asking to have sites cleared when there is no blogger created content in the sites. In those cases, they need helping up. May I add something else pease?In cases where bloggers do have a lot of content and then delete it they do not know that any indexed content appearing in search engines results from Google and Bing will not just disappear.
Many bloggers don’t get the fact that they can empty their own sites and that doing that takes far less time, than waiting, in some cases for days, for Staff to do it for the. That is why my copy and paste answer I post below is worded the way it is now.
Also, note that my copy and paste answers are being continually updated so you ought to link to the most recent one.
Lastly, there something weird going on with changes to eCommerce and Business upgrades. Avoid answering those threads for now. And, there something weird going on with widgets for some bloggers so avoid those threads too for now, okay.
You have two options:
(1) Doing this yourself http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
(2) Waiting in a queue and having Staff do it for you.If you want to retain the blog URL (note that no deleted URL can be registered again) https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/ and you are willing to wait rather than doing this yourself http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/ then Staff can empty the whole blog for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blogs and/or blog content does not remove indexed content from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results after it produces a 404 (page not found):

(2) confirm that you know content deletion is irreversible. -

One question- Should I be linking such questions to the previous posts or should I come up with my own answer( i mean own writing) to these posts and use that ? Does it matter ?
