  I deleted all of my content, but I would also like the theme I was using to be deleted.

  Are you referring to: https://definedblogorg.wordpress.com/?

  If yes, it’s not possible to delete a WordPress.com hosted theme.

  You can select a new theme however via Appearance > Themes > Add New.
