  I want to keep the site but I would like to start over.

  I visited this url fsachapter1311.wordpress.com and it says that the site has been deleted by the author. Hope you are aware of this ?

  Once you delete a WordPress account the blog address becomes unavailable. The blog addresses are not recycled. The content is not recoverable either.

  Its not possible to have that address again until it becomes available again. Please check this link which talks about blog address recycling policy.

  You can start again by registering for a new blog.
