  I am looking to start fresh. I want to keep my site name but have everything – theme, content, and all – wiped clean so I can start over and redo the whole look.
  I also have accidentally hidden this site from ‘my sites’ when looking at all of the blogs I am in charge of or co-running. How can I unhide it so I can see them all?

  Follow the instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  However, that will not “empty” your theme, only the content. You can pick a new theme from the Theme Showcase https://wordpress.com/themes/ or in your site Dashboard if you wish to change themes.

  In order to change this, you will have to go to your WP Admin Dashboard.
  https://nataliedeford.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs and then hover your cursor over the name of the hidden site and you should see the option to make it visible.
