I think I have messed up my blogs. I was just starting out. Can you delete my blogs so I can start over clean; the address can change also. Can I Just delete it all? I have no followers. I will remember who I am following and will just start over. Please let me know if I can start over. Thank you.

Why don’t you simply delete all the content and retain the URLs, so you can start again? If you want to do that follow these instructions:
you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.
bulk delete images & media http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/deleting-files/#bulk-deletion
bulk delete posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/#bulk-edit

We usually advise people to set the blogs to Private and that leaves it in place in case you want to use the name again – a regular parade of people wanting their old name back
Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> Site Visibility >> I would like my site to be private, visible only to users I choose
Then it just sits there as an archive
If you do really want to delete the site
Dashboard >> Tools >> Delete Site >> Just follow the directions – takes three steps including an “are you sure” email with a link in it you need to click on

I followed the directions given above and deleted the site, but one of my blogs is still there. I had not added anything to this blog yet, but the basic form and title is there on the site. Do you see it? I think another site has this address also… Please help….

So “site” means the same thing as “blog”? When you delete a site, you are just deleting a blog?

Yes the word site and blog are synonymous.
Every site/blog is independent no matter how many you register under the same username. Deleting one has no effect on any others.
You cannot delete anyone else’s blog unless you have Admin access to it.
Why are you deleting at all? -

Not an issue – at least our answers matched – I have some errands to do and prep some PowerPoint presentations – thought that I was helping in one class and just found out I am lead instructor for the 1.5 hour class –
