  I would like to clear out ‘posts and pages you have now, our support team can delete your posts, pages, media, and comments for you’.

  I would love a fresh start and keep the same URL.

  Support Team can help only if a blog has too much content to delete manually.

  As you don’t have much content, could you empty your site yourself using the instructions in the support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
