  I would like to start over, so keep my site and URL active but delete all my posts, pages, media and comments. Please get back to me ASAP!!!

  To start over with an empty site (keeping the same URL), you have two options. One is the DIY approach, outlined at https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/#emptying-your-site-the-diy-method where you empty out the various areas of content.

  If you wish to have the site emptied automatically as outlined at https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/#emptying-your-site-the-diy-method please enter the tag modlook in the tag box and a Staff Member will respond to assist you.
