  I just want to start my site completely over all together

  Okay, since you don’t have any posts this is easy. Just go to your Dashboard->Settings->General and remove the tagline altogether and change the name to Jaynehayley and save, and then go choose the Twenty Twelve theme on the Themes page and Activate and you’re back to square one.

  DO NOT delete the blog, because that is permanent. Nobody ever believes me when I say that but it’s true.

  The title of blog is accessed here > Settings > General > Site title

  By default the front page of your blog displays all posts. The 404 (page not found) error message on the front page of the blog appeared because the Admin of the blog deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ As soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear. Read the differences between Pages and Posts.
