  I want to delete all the content off my site and start again. Its being weird and images are popping up on my live site that i don’t want there (and tried to delete permanently on multiple occasions. Its getting frustrating)

  I see that corinneure.wordpress.com has been deleted. Unfortunately now that blog can’t be reused, because it’s the policy of WordPress.com not to allow blog names to be reused: https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can create a new blog using a variation of the original name, though.
