    If you want to delete your theme, you can’t delete it as long as it’s active.
    so you can change to one of the WordPress “default” themes like ‘Twenty Sixteen’ for example.
    If you want to completely start over; at the bottom of the settings page, there is a “start over” option. If you choose the option to try by yourself it will redirect you to a page that shows you different ways of starting over, whether it be deleting posts only or tags only e.t.c.
