  I am fairly new to WordPress, but have already found a new theme for my blog that I would like to upload. I would like the current theme to be removed. Thank you in advance!

  Here is how to find and change themes: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/
  You cannot upload a theme to your wordpress.com site. You will need self hosted WordPress for that: wordpress.org
