  Hello, I want to start over, please remove all the contents and reset the settings to default.

  Hi there,

  You can delete all your content using the instructions in the link @pm2057 posted above.

  However, if you have a lot of content we can also empty your site for you. But if we do it, there will be no way to undo it – if we delete your content it will be gone forever.

  Please confirm if you need help with that.

  There is no way to reset the settings of your site. If you want those reset as well, you will need to create an entirely new blog with a new address instead.
