  Here is the way to empty a site and start over using the same blog url: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Another option is to delete your blog, which appears to be the method you’ve chosen. The downside to that is you won’t be able to use leighwilsondesigns.wordpress.com again.
