start over with full theme install

I installed a theme and made changes to pages but I made some mistakes (for instance, I think I deleted the blog’s home page), so I want to get back to a clean theme install. Problem is, even though I followed instructions and deleted all my content, when I re-select that theme, it just gives me that styling without any pages. Do I have to completely delete the site (which I don’t want to do) in order to get a start-from-scratch version of the site? Alternatively, how do I make a new blog home page that will list all the blog posts?

Your posts are showing up fine on the homepage from what I see. Were you able to fix this?

Interesting – it automatically added that “the blog I need help with” part, which isn’t accurate. The question was about a website in development that is currently hidden. But, yes, I did figure it out. Thanks for responding.
