  You can follow this guide to delete posts/pages, etc:

  If all you need is change layouts, colours, etc. you may want to visit your theme’s Customizer and explore different options, (if you have not done this already). You can do this by logging in and goint to > Theme-Customize.

  You can also visit the Theme’s demo page, and experiment there without touching your current site:
  https://franklindemo.wordpress.com/
