start website without domain

  Hi, I’m trying to set up a draft wordpress website from scratch THEN after working through the kinks, transfering the domain and host from the current website to the new website. What is the best way to do this without using my current domain or paying for a new one?

  Create a free WordPress.com site. The address won’t be too critical if you’re planning on upgrading to a paid plan and transferring an existing domain address to that site at some point in the future.
